Our owner has lived abroad for many years,
and through different food cultures learned again and again
that wine is not merely a drink,
but an experience that is completed only when it meets food.

Even the same wine can transform with a single bite —

and suddenly, even the tone of conversation changes.

Pairing has the power to soften the heart.
To express that experience properly, here in Hiroshima —
that is the reason ViVi exists.

Our ingredients are carefully selected,
primarily from Hokkaido and Hiroshima,
with an emphasis on knowing the people who produce them.
Our wines range from classic, timeless bottles
to rare cuvées seldom found on the general market.
Each is chosen thoughtfully for the night, the guest, and the dish.

ViVi is also a place open to those who do not drink alcohol.

Non-alcoholic options, coffee alone —
